Thank you for shopping with Première Dame Textiles. Each fabric we offer is carefully curated to reflect heritage, artistry, and exceptional quality. Because of the nature of our products, we follow the policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if:
• The fabric is unwashed, unused, and uncut
• The original packaging and labels are intact
• The item is in perfect resellable condition
Cut fabrics, custom orders, or altered items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement.
Non-returnable items

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Items showing use, scent, stains, or damage
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.
